Useful messages
Corrections are the most valuable thing a reader can send. Include the page, the claim you think is wrong and where you saw the right figure. NetEnt’s own game information or the Twin Spin help screen at your casino is the best evidence.
Availability reports help too. If a casino on our crypto casino page has dropped Twin Spin, blocks your country or has changed its licence, a short note lets us re-check it.
General questions about the game, the 243 ways or the Twin Reel feature, are welcome. Often the rules guide already has the answer.
Things we cannot do
- Look into your casino account, a pending withdrawal or a confiscated bonus. Only the casino can, so contact its support first and escalate to the complaints body named in its licence terms if needed.
- Recommend a casino for a country where online gambling is not permitted.
- Publish paid articles, sell links or accept free credit in exchange for coverage.
Before you write
Check the date of the information you are comparing against. Casino terms and lobbies are revised without notice, and a review on another site may describe a version of the offer that no longer exists. A link to the current page on the operator’s own site saves us both time.
Protect yourself
No one from PlayTwinSpinSlots will ask for login details or ask you to move crypto anywhere. Keep seed phrases and private keys to yourself; anyone requesting them is attempting theft.
Reply times and privacy
Expect an answer within a few working days. Your address is used only for the conversation, as set out in our privacy policy. Anyone needing gambling support right away will get it faster from the helplines listed under responsible gambling than from our inbox. To learn more about the site, see about PlayTwinSpinSlots.
